Consume alimentos que estimulen al hígado a producir y descargar bilis, tales como:

  • Ajenjo
  • Diente de león
  • Menta
  • Rábano
  • Alcachofa
  • Cardo mariano
  • Cebolla

Estos alimentos te ayudarán a aliviar el estreñimiento.

La descarga periódica de bilis en sí misma ayuda a digerir los alimentos. Cuantos menos alimentos sin digerir lleguen al colon menor será el efecto inflamatorio que producen al desequilibrar la flora.
